Toronto: an island side trip or a downtown putting bar?

These two Toronto listings are different outings, even though both offer nine or eighteen holes. Centreville needs an island travel plan and separate golf tickets; Par-Tee Putt combines putting with a bar and separately priced table activities. Nearby Scarborough and Etobicoke courses appear under their own municipalities in this directory, so these two entries are not the full Greater Toronto selection.

Golf during a Centre Island outingCentreville's nine-hole round uses five park tickets per person; eighteen holes use nine. An All Day Ride Pass does not cover either round. Four players therefore need 20 or 36 tickets, a difference of 16 tickets rather than a quoted dollar upgrade. Course details

Putting alongside drinks or table gamesPar-Tee Putt's nine-hole ticket is $14.95 and its eighteen-hole ticket is $24.95. Ping-pong is priced by table and hour, not as another per-person golf ticket. Confirm the venue's age policy for the booked time before bringing children. Course details

The longer round adds $40 for four people. Centreville cannot be compared fairly by substituting its ride-pass price: its golf uses separate tickets, and ferry travel is another expense.

Keep ferry time outside the golf estimate

Centreville directs visitors to the City of Toronto ferry and states that ferry fares are separate. Choose the round length after checking both outbound and return travel. A prepaid park pass does not reserve a ferry departure or make an eighteen-hole game fit before the next sailing.
