The calculators expose their assumptions and return planning ranges rather than guarantees. Venue hours, prices, group policies and course conditions can change, so confirm the final decision with the operator.

Choose the tool by the uncertainty
Use course comparison when the shortlist is already known but the evidence differs between venues. Use the round-time estimator when a meal, ride or party-room window depends on finishing at a realistic time. The budget calculator is for testing a current quote against guest-count changes, while the scorecard turns agreed event rules into a printable table.

None of the tools sells placement or turns a public rating into a Mini Golf Canada score.
