Information collected automatically
The hosting provider may record standard technical logs such as IP address, requested page, date and time, browser information and error data for security and reliable delivery. Mini Golf Canada uses Google Analytics with advanced, region-aware Google Consent Mode to understand aggregate activity such as page views, traffic sources, approximate region, device category and interactions with directory features. The Google tag runs on every page. Standard analytics storage is enabled in the United States, most of Canada and other regions where this configuration is appropriate. Analytics storage remains denied in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec; Google receives cookieless measurement signals there instead of setting analytics cookies. This keeps aggregate analytics active in every region while limiting browser storage in those regions.

Mini Golf Canada may display advertising supplied by third-party vendors, including Google. Location search
The Use my location feature runs only after the visitor clicks the button and grants browser permission. The latitude, longitude and accuracy supplied by the browser are used in the page to calculate distance and order relevant listings. Mini Golf Canada does not send that precise position to its own server or store it in the directory. A browser or network provider may handle location according to its own settings and policy.
Information a visitor sends
If someone emails a course submission, correction, advertising request or privacy question, Mini Golf Canada receives the sender's email address and the information included in the message. That information is used to answer the request, verify a change and maintain an appropriate record of the correspondence. Do not send sensitive personal information.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, analytics, email, security and advertising. It may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users. Contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Aggregate analytics may be retained according to the configured service period.
Children and external links
The directory is for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Venue and map links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
The site does not provide an analytics on/off control. Browser settings and content-blocking tools can block or delete cookies, and the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on can prevent Google Analytics measurement in supported browsers. Browser settings can also revoke location permission. Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing nocturnaldevs@gmail.com; identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
