Images help a visitor understand whether a listing appears to match the intended venue and course style. They also require careful source and rights handling.
Image sources
Listing images may be served from a venue-controlled website, a linked public business profile or a Mini Golf Canada-owned directory illustration. Each gallery identifies the source category and links to the source page where available. A source credit is not a claim that Mini Golf Canada created or owns the underlying venue image.
Relevance checks
The publishing workflow removes duplicate URLs, logos, tiny assets and image paths that more strongly match another listed attraction. It also limits gallery size. Automated relevance checks can still make mistakes, so images are reference material rather than a guarantee of current appearance.
Generated illustrations
A Mini Golf Canada illustration is labelled as an illustration and is not presented as a photograph of a real course. Illustrations may be used when no suitable venue image is available.
Rights and removal requests
Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. Mini Golf Canada does not intentionally publish infringing material. A rights holder or authorized representative can request attribution correction, replacement or removal by emailing nocturnaldevs@gmail.com. Include the listing URL, image URL, the requested action and information showing the relationship to the work. Good-faith requests are reviewed promptly.
