Images help a visitor understand whether a listing appears to match the intended venue and course style. They also require careful source and rights handling.
Image sources
Venue photos imported from public websites and business profiles have been removed. A public image URL or a source credit does not establish permission to republish it. Course profiles and search results currently use text and researched facts instead of venue photographs.
Relevance checks
A future venue image must have a documented licence or explicit permission from the copyright holder, a photographer credit, the permitted use and a record of the permission. A link to an operator's website lets visitors inspect its own gallery there.
Generated illustrations
Site branding and general directory artwork are illustrations, not photographs of listed courses. We do not substitute a generated course scene for a missing venue photograph or include branding artwork in a venue's business-image structured data.
Rights and removal requests
Copyright and other rights remain with their respective owners. Mini Golf Canada does not intentionally publish infringing material. A rights holder or authorized representative can request attribution correction, replacement or removal by emailing nocturnaldevs@gmail.com. Include the listing URL, image URL, the requested action and information showing the relationship to the work. Good-faith requests are reviewed promptly.
