Estimator assumptions
The model starts from approximately 2.6 to 3.8 minutes per hole for a typical four-player group, adjusts for group size and selected pace, then adds the arrival buffer. It does not predict queues, private-event procedures or a particular course's terrain.
Use the high end when the venue is busy, the course has long walks, or players need more time. Ask the operator for its own estimate when dinner, transportation or a party-room booking has a fixed start. See the round-length guide for event scheduling.
