Compare the format before counting eighteen
Le Grand in Quebec City has fifteen putting holes followed by three mini-hockey holes, whereas Wizards' Golf in Niagara Falls describes eighteen glow-golf holes. Both can fill an indoor outing, but Le Grand is not eighteen conventional putting holes. Its operator's 90-120-minute estimate also makes it a different planning commitment from squeezing golf between other appointments. Tell the group which activity they are booking instead of using a generic eighteen-hole label.

A two-round ticket is not a multi-attraction day pass
Speeders Chinook in Calgary lists one blacklight golf round at $12 or two at $20 per person. For two people who want two rounds, that is $40 instead of $48 in single-round tickets. Its larger day pass combines races, laser tag, one golf round, timed activities and arcade credit. The larger pass does not buy more putting than the two-round golf ticket; choose it only when the other activities suit your plan and their eligibility rules are satisfied. Glow decor does not resolve sensory suitability
Haunted Manor describes two air-powered effects and allows staff to identify them before you play. Fluo S'amuse distinguishes its wheelchair-usable first route from its second route. Those specific disclosures are more useful than assuming every indoor venue is equally comfortable or playable. Ask about the light, sound, unexpected effects and route that matter to your group; no sensory audit or physical access inspection was conducted for this guide.

An accompanying person may still need admission
Putting Edge's Halifax and Scarborough pages require paid entry for everyone who goes onto the course. A non-playing adult is therefore part of the head count. Both branches are cashless and recommend reservations where walk-in space is limited. That is a branch-source check, not a policy assumed from an indoor label; other operators may sell separate spectator tickets.

Check the winter visit window before paying
Halifax Putting Edge now publishes a regular timetable: noon–10 p.m. Monday–Thursday, noon–midnight Friday, 10 a.m.–midnight Saturday and 10 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday. School holidays may have early openings. The operator allows the last game to start at closing; use that branch-specific rule rather than assuming every indoor course does the same. Reserve for your date, since indoor shelter does not guarantee space.

An indoor summer pop-up may become simulator golf in winter
OVG in Kelowna is an example: the operator’s current site and embedded updates describe the return from the summer putt lounge to winter simulator golf. An indoor address alone does not establish a year-round physical mini-golf course. Scandia separately advertises year-round indoor putting in the same city. Choose the activity first, then its available booking.
